TERMS OF REFERENCE
Rental of Four (4) Units Tourist Bus
for 2016 HGC Corporate Team Building Activity

I. Scope of Service
The service provider should be able to provide four (4) units tourist bus with the following specifications:

1. Type of Vehicle: Tourist Bus
   
   
2. Itinerary: Overnight
   May 27, 2016  9:00 AM Makati to Morong, Bataan
   May 28, 2016  2:00 PM Morong, Bataan to Makati
   
   
3. The service provider should have relatively new, clean and well-maintained tourist buses, preferably not more than seven years old. Upholstery and curtains should be clean smelling and untarnished. The vehicle, particularly the engine and air- conditioning units, should be in top condition.
   
   The tourist bus shall have 49-seater regular seats plus 11 center reclining seats with overhead luggage compartments and equipped with audio –visual devices such as TV & DVD player and speakers.
   
   
4. The service provider shall be responsible for the fuel expenses, toll fees, driver’s expenses e.g. allowance, meals and accommodation, parking/ environmental fees (as applicable), all applicable insurance and government taxes.
   
   
5. The service provider shall provide a relief bus immediately if the assigned vehicle has encountered a breakdown or emergency / unavoidable circumstances.
   
   
6. The service provider must be a Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered entity.

II. Approved Budget for the Contract
The service provider shall bid for all items described in this Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP148,000.00).

III. Mode of Procurement
Small value procurement is the mode to be used for the rental of four (4) units tourist bus and shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
